Tools and lookups

Mailvry runs all DNS queries, network checks, and lookups on our servers on your behalf. When you enter a domain or IP address, we perform the relevant checks and return the results. We do not store the domains or queries you enter when using tools anonymously.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to collect aggregate page view data, and Vercel Speed Insights to measure Core Web Vitals (load time, interactivity, layout stability). Both collect only aggregate, anonymised metrics. No cookies are used, no personal data is collected, and individual visitors are not tracked across sessions.

Accounts

If you create an account, we store your name, email address, and OAuth provider details (such as your Google or Microsoft account ID) to authenticate you and associate your subscription with your account. This data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Payments

Paid plan billing is handled by Polar, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Mailvry never sees or stores your card details. Polar processes payments in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Issue reports

If you submit a report through the "Report an issue" panel, the domain, your description, and the tool results at the time are saved so we can investigate.

Infrastructure

Mailvry is hosted on Vercel and the database is provided by Neon (Postgres, Frankfurt region). Traffic may also pass through Cloudflare for DDoS protection and TLS termination, in accordance with their privacy policy.
