Tools and lookups

Mailvry runs all DNS queries, network checks, and lookups on our side on your behalf. When you enter a domain or IP address, we perform the relevant checks and return the results. We do not store the domains or queries you enter when using tools anonymously.

Analytics

We collect aggregate page view data and measure Core Web Vitals (load time, interactivity, layout stability). Only aggregate, anonymised metrics are collected. No cookies are used, no personal data is collected, and individual visitors are not tracked across sessions.

Accounts

If you create an account, we store your name, email address, and OAuth provider details (such as your Google or Microsoft account ID) to authenticate you and associate your subscription with your account. This data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Issue reports

If you submit a report through the "Report an issue" panel, the domain, your description, and the tool results at the time are saved so we can investigate.
